Applisonix / Selectif pro – Ultrasound hair removal

The most recent development in hair removal technology is based on ultrasound.

With a special applicator ultrasound energy is directly channelled over the hair shaft to the root, where it is converted into heat and damages the follicle. As a result the hair is not growing anymore.

Independent of skin colour the method can be used for any hair colour.

It is not established yet , if the long term efficacy of this new technology is comparable to the electro epilation with needles. But unlike the needle epilation, a treatment with selctif pro does not hurt and with certainty doesn’t leave any scarring.

The method is specially suited for the treatment of white and grey hairs on the face and the precise contouring of the eyebrows.
